Thank you for not letting transportation be a barrier between you and getting the Covid-19 vaccine. Uber is generously providing rides to and from vaccine sites in which Project Unity is involved in operating or serving as a partner. Complete the quick sign up via Eventbrite to receive the promo code which is needed when you schedule your Uber ride.
- This registration only signs you up to receive the promo code for the vaccine event on Saturday, April 10, at Southwest Center Mall (formerly Red Bird Mall).
- You are responsible for scheduling your Uber ride via the Uber app on your phone or via the Uber website (www.uber.com).
- Project Unity is not scheduling Uber rides, nor are we responsible for coordinating any transportation logistics or communications between you and Uber.
- The promo code is only good for rides to and from vaccine sites Project Unity is involved in operating or serving as a partner.
- The promo code will give two (2) free rides, up to $25 off each (maximum $50 total discount per person). The payment profile of the person's account setting up the ride will be charged any remaining amount after that.
- If a ride is less than $25, the remaining amount will not roll over for use.
- The promo code can only be used within the City of Dallas.
- The promo code can only be applied once per user. Multiple use not allowed.
- The promo code applies automatically and will apply to the first ride scheduled. Only use the promo code when you are ready to schedule your ride to the vaccine event at Southwest Center Mall.
- Uber rides cannot be used for any other ride activity or personal errands. Drivers will only go to the designated vaccine event.
- Terms and conditions will apply and will be sent with the promo code email details.
